Core Membership One Year - $150.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments MD / DO / PhD after completion of accredited training/fellowship program (i.e. Lecturer, Instructor, all levels of Professor) desiring a one year membership fee

Joint Core Membership with HTRS and FWGBD - $180.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments MD / DO / PhD after completion of accredited training/fellowship program (i.e. Lecturer, Instructor, all levels of Professor) desiring a reduced one year membership fee for HTRS and for the Foundation for Women and Girls with Blood Disorders (FWGBD)

Core Membership Three Year - $400.00 (USD) Subscription period: 3 years No automatically recurring payments MD / DO / PhD after completion of accredited training/fellowship program (i.e. Lecturer, Instructor, all levels of Professor) desiring a discounted three year membership fee

Associate Membership Three Year - $90.00 (USD) Subscription period: 3 years No automatically recurring payments Nurses / Pharmacists / Physician Assistants / Laboratory Technologists / Other Allied Health Care Professionals desiring a three year discounted membership fee

Trainee Membership - Free Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments MD / DO / PhDs in accredited training programs (Resident, Fellow, Post Doc) receive annual complimentary memberships until accredited training program is complete (typically three years). Once accredited training program is complete, member must select Core Membership.

Student Membership - Free Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Undergraduate or Graduate Students (Master's or PhD Students); Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or Other Healthcare Students receive annual complimentary memberships
